Not sure what you mean by some are codes ??

Sounds to me like your phone charger is drawing to much current for the circuit it is on.

Maybe a loose connection that arcs or corrosion causing to much current draw

Find the open fuse and replace with one of the same rating

Check the 30a power fuse. But I think the cig fuse/radio is under the hood.

@lucky13don, the cig lighter relay is under the hood, but the fuse I think is at the driver's foot... but maybe that (pictured above) is a different "acc"??

@tokeonekills, did you check all the fuses? Is one blown? There are fuses under the hood to check, too. Does your cig lighter plug(s) still work, or are those out too?

If both your radio AND cig plugs are out, I'm betting you have an aftermarket radio and maybe plugged into the acc circuit (cig plugs) to power your radio and the combo of radio + phone charge blows the circuit. The cig plugs have their own circuit (and should stay separate). Use the stock radio 12v for powering the radio...

ECU is not a code per se, that's the electronic control unit (vehicle's computer).
