Pin 9 on the ignition module wasn't receiving any power. Chased the wire back to the cab and it ends up in a connector that is no longer used. Applied switched voltage to it when the key is in the on position, fucker turned right over with some carb cleaner into the intake. Injectors were tested and are pulsing. Only thing left is the fuel pump isn't picking up as it should.

Oh cool , also make sure it's not you fuel pressure regulator , That could also cause low fuel pressure

It is telling me in the manual that if it's bad the whole plenum has to be removed. Their joking right?! I just want it to run!

It's really easy to remove. 4 bolts on the TB, pull your hoses, a handful of bolts for the upper, and a handful of bolts for the lower.

Well today should be the day. Fuel pump came in the mail ( thanks again jberry) and replumbed the cell disconnected overflow and fuel came pouring back into the overflow line. Looks like the fuel regulator is 100% shot. Picking one up today after class.

Not necessarily, at idle you will be getting quite a bit of return fuel , easy trick is to try pinching the return line and see if that helps

Well fuel pressure regulator allowed her to fire right up and even drove her outta the shop. In need of a serious alignment and cannot figure out why my diagnostic lights like the cel light up, but no rpm or speedo. Also once it warmed up it started stumbling and threw and iac circuit code. Bah!

Did you disconnect the ECM at all? I had a similar problem when I put the engine back in and one of the connectors on the ECM wasn't fully seated. Threw a few weird codes that made no sense.

Hmm. I've checked all connectors numerous times but it doesn't hurt to do it once more. I'll go through the truck today and verify I'm all plugged in. May have a lead on an IAC for 70 bucks so we will see.

Ended up being the throttle position and iac valve were both shot. Lesson learned. Drive it up and down harbison canyon. She rides nice.
