well started my new lowers.. will have pictures up hopefully tomorrow of the beginning of those things... have some pics during welding but doesnt show the arm on the jig or its overall design so i will be taking images of internal bracing etc etc once i get that far. i cut the angle of the lower well over in half so we will see what my travel numbers look like once they are on. im liking the fact these will bring my front ride height down quite a bit without weird angles on my uniballs so im pretty stoked. ill have more up later... the boxed and plated lowers are up for sale... i dont like the ride height they woulda put me at but anyone interested in the lowers shoot me a pm and we can discuss.

hahaha. well there was a 30* angle in the arms themselves that would mean the arms have to be at that angle for the uniball cup to be flat. flat = roughly ride height... that angle would put the front of my truck WAYY too high as i am building with the hopes of a pro truck style stance. very low and very wide. i dont like high front end, way too high lift, etc.

last lower warped because i was an idiot and welded up a bit too much without it in the jig. so had to start over.. lesson learned... here is the almost complete one of the new arms. new cup angles and dangles were made and im expecting about 2 inches lower ride height now that ive got all ov that sorted. check them out..

no no they will be fully plated and boxed as well. i just got the internal gusseting sorted out and was lettin yall see it. i built a dummy proof jig that i am keeping around in case i ever have to build these arms again they will just fall together practically hahaha.

and your right jerry, i end up with a pile of wasted tube with bends or notches the wrong way because i was too busy sipping my beer instead of paying attention. lesson learned.. beers banned from garage during build for now hahaha
