Has anyone attempted to modify the fleetside bakflip to work on a stepside? Is this even possible?

 

Got an 02 stepside, in decent shape, wondering about replacing the rear bumper as they are different then standard tacoma

 

Marketplace called one day and told me I need another project. Being a singlecab Flareside, I was sold. Like most of my Michigan Tacoma rehab projects, she needs a bit of love.
