When my truck hits a bump if feels like the back end sways back and forth. Right know I use it as a work truck with a lot of weight in the bed. Any suggestions unfortunately it’s not a TRD only a 4cyl pre runner so I don’t know what suspension upgrades I can do to fix it

Welcome to TacomaWorld! It sounds like your rear shocks may be worn out. How many miles are on your truck? And how much weight are you typically carrying? Pictures would be helpful.

You'll likely need new shocks at least. If your leaf springs are still functional, an add a leaf can help your truck carry the weight better. If your leaf springs ride flat or frowny, you might consider replacing them.

18 year old truck. How worn are the suspension bushings? Swaybar endlinks, etc?
