The concern about the parking brake working evenly on both sides doesn't have anything to do with a stuck cable or bell crank.

the concern is if the shoes on one side are way out of adjustment. Uneven braking force side to side could result in a pull. Even in the rear brakes that don't do a ton of work stopping the vehicle

Try swapping shoes and pads to the other side of the vehicle. Alot of work I know, but I've had big trucks like landscaping rigs have problems with pad material friction. Especially on semi-metallic pads when the guy went cheap

Do you have any line-locks for clamping brake lines?

Have you replaced any flex hoses yet?

It sounds sketchy but you could line lock the fronts and go for a (slow-ish) drive, then line lock the rears and go for a drive and see if you can isolate which end of the truck is causing the problem.

Any empty roads near you? Do you live in the city?

I’m in wv and it pulls to the left when breaks are in use I thought what ever side is doing something it’s the opposite side

A couple line locks could help isolate the problem front to rear.

But again, be careful. I'm not recommending driving around fast on busy roads with brake lines clamped off. It's just a way to get some kind of idea what's going on

I had a flex hose go bad and thought it was the caliper, it was rotten inside and would make the brake stick on one side. I should have paid attention to the lack of fluid running out when I changed the caliper.

Yep, and if the flex hose goes through a metal bracket (like domestic trucks) the rust can squeeze down on the brake line and pinch off flow

Ok guys so I bleed the lspv there was no air in it at all then we blead everything I did notice that the rear driver side blead really slow and the rest of them blead normal. I went for a drive and the truck was perfectly fine no pull at all.then I decided to test the limits and go on the interstate where it happens the most and sure enough the truck pulls a bit harder to the left when breaking then usual it’s almost as if the truck has to get warmed up and other ideas on what to check?

Slow bleed is an interesting clue, any pinched/kinked/dented lines? Someone with more understanding of the interworking of the drum might be able to direct you better.

Hey guys just a update on the pulling so I decided to replace brakes rotors and calipers on both sides again ( it was under warranty) and the pulling is I still there but not as bad as it ever was it doesn’t do it as frequent as it did it but it’s still there if that makes sense.so I’m thinking it’s in the brake’s somewhere being a brake line somewhere or something.both brake hoses were fine so I’m not to sure where to start now any ideas?
