    Hello all,

So I knocked a hole in my muffler trying to drive over a big snow/ice plow drift.:D I ordered a gibson replacement.http://www.carid.com/2003-toyota-tacoma-exhaust-systems/gibson-swept-side-exhaust-systems-3735076.html I checked my chilton's guide, gibson's site, all the schematics include a flange->pipe->muffler->tailpipe. Like this- http://mediacdn.shopatron.com/media/mfg/719/spec_file/216666686.pdfWhat I didn't check was my actual truck..doh! Now I see that I have two cats, after doing a lot of searching I am confused as hell.

Can I just replace the second cat with this straight pipe and expect to pass NY emissions? Why would gibson sell this part for my specific truck if it doesn't include the second cat?

    Thanks for any help
