I've searched the site and on youtube and couldn't find an answer so here I am.

My headlights only have the one adjustment screw/bolt on the bottom corner, which I thought was to be the one to adjust L/R. There isn't the one on top in the opposite corner for what I thought would be the U/D adjustment...pic attached

Driver headlight been blinding people for about 6 months now lol. Any help is appreciated

That is the only adjustment you can do.
If the unit is sideways, re-install as the plastic tab on the core support may not be seated properly.

    Hope this helps you.

Yea I was hoping to avoid taking everything back off, which isn't a huge deal, but thanks for the suggestion. I'll give it a shot in the morning.

Unfortunately there’s no L/R adjustment. Check to see if the bulb is seated correctly. Mine did that too- and it was the bulbs. They were installed correctly but the bulbs themselves were made about 10 degrees spun. So when they were installed, the high beams would shoot to the left on both. Changed the bulbs and all is right with the world.

if the bulb is not seated properly this can occur as well.

I installed aftermarket headlights and bulbs. The passenger side is dead on...the driver is angled too high. On low beam it's still a PITA when it's foggy. So if there isn't a L/R adjustment, I'm assuming what I pointed out in the picture is to adjust it U/D, maybe? I'm still going to go back and make sure everything is sitting the correct way. Again, thanks for the input.

it's more of down and out or up and in than anything. the fixed point is the upper inside of the headlight housing near the grill

So would you say turning it counterclockwise would bring it down/in or clockwise? I feel like it would be ass-backwards from what one would think to be the correct way.

    It’s only an up/down adjustment.

if you "tighten" the adjuster (righty tighty) it will move it downward since it pulls the housing towards the truck

Thanks for all the input everyone. After going back and checking everything, I was checked the seating of the bulb and seen that I had the bulb in the incorrect position. Rotated it and that lined everything up.

    Hi all.

Anyone found a simple tool to turn that screw? It is in such a tough spot, especially if you have ballasts stuffed in there. I've been thinking about adding a wing nut and locking nut to the thread so I can reach in and adjust it by hand.

Anyone know the thread size so I don't have to trial and error the HD visits :D

    TIA
