What a day, just got finished fixing the Lawn Tractor, Honda MC and now this.

I had been smelling anti freeze for some time but could never locate it. Today I took off the 2 pans covers and found a surprise oil leak, must be fairly new, haven't noticed a loss. It looks like it is around a seam(?) on the pan see video.

It also looks like a leak where the water pump meets the pan, but I also had a drip near the rear of the engine, not sure if it was oil or anti-freeze, I was thinking heater hose, they look dry, freeze plug?

As I was uploading the video I noticed products/videos of people using epoxy to fix the pan, considering it looks like a massive operation (remove front differential) it is probably the way to go.

I also see there are kits available for water pump, timing belt etc to do all at once.

Ok, I watched a bunch of videos with Oil Pan issues. Decided to try Permatex 82099 Spray Sealant, 9 oz. Product says for Oil Pans!
It goes as a thin plastic film, you apply several coats. While applying I am going to hitch a vacuum cleaner up the the oil fill (no oil in engine of course) while it cures for the first couple of coats. I can't believe this is even an issue, cheap Toyota using a sealant instead of a good weld. I have run synthetic Oil since new, don't know if this was an issue.

The coolant issue....don't know, I guess I will borrow a pressurizer and see if I can find the leak(s)
