Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I went with New Napa Axles about 50,000 miles ago.

It really comes down to how your using the truck and lifted or not.

Probably just need a front diff drop, 2" of lift isnt much.

    Diff drops are worthless.

They just angle/pitch the differential slightly.

The "mod" is so far inward that you're talking a hair of a difference at the cv axle end. And like mentioned above, if a boot is rubbing it's bound to tear.

The boot slide mod has proven to be very effective for many here in the forum.

The topic is beat to death but comes up often because these trucks are so affordable that they're being bought in stock form and the first thing everyone wants to do is ZOMG LIFT IT, BIG TIRES AND SNORKEL

The diff drop rotates the diff by spacing it down at the front mounts only so you maybe gain 1/4 to 1/2" of actual difference from a 1" diff drop kit IIRC

Off pavement or hard surface it is still being used.

my driveway and unimproved job sites are all I went to.

Those Hardcore off roading days are in the past like Drag racing and Muscle cars.

I'm just warning people not to waste their money, they'll prob. be changing out even sooner. These were ridiculous cheap, like 70 a piece.
