Up for sale is my 2003 Tacoma, double can short bed, PreRunner (2 wheel drive), SR5, mileage at 126,XXX. V6 with Auto transmission.

I am the second owner and purchased it at 100k a year and half ago. Only selling as I am needing a little more towing capacity (2nd gen Taco or late model Tundra).

    Good stuff:
    - Clean title
    - Fairly low mileage for an 03 (126k)
    - I didn't believe it was done prior to purchase so at 110k miles, I did the timing belt, water pump, all auxiliary belts, plugs, and k&n filter
    - Service records since 100k miles
    - Brake controller and 7 pin plug installed. I recently purchased a small camper and the truck pulls and stops it great, but I wanted to be sure and avoid a sticky braking situation
    - Upgraded touch screen pioneer stereo. Plays DVDs (parking brake bypass installed), MP3 and mirrors your smart phone.
    - Running boards

    The bad:
    - Paint is good overall but the truck bed has been used as a truck. There are scratches on the truck. If you were to install a tonneau cover, it would cover most of those scratches up
    - There is a dent in the tailgate. It was there when I purchased the truck but didn't bother me. A new truck bed skin that is painted can be found on eBay for less than $300 if you care. Or pound this one out and have it painted. Or drive as is.
    - Tires are decent but not new. The rims are from a second gen. P245/75R16 on truck and a full size spare.

Located in Charlotte, NC. I would not hesitate to get in this truck and drive across the country tomorrow. If someone were to fly into Charlotte for the truck, I'd be happy to meet you at the airport. My work schedule is VERY flexible so I may also being willing to deliver, just let me know the scenario.

Asking $12,500 OBO. I would consider trading towards a later model Taco or Tundra if you are looking to get out of one and into a little older truck to reduce that payment or want an outstanding work truck.

Call or text me, Ryan, at 980-395-2000 or Send me a message.

    Thanks guys!
