2003 Tacoma Headrest broken

    Hi ya’ll. I have two headrests where the bottom clips have come undone to where the foam is exposed from underneath. It's always been this way so I’m not sure of any missing pieces.

    The clips don’t latch onto each other either, leading me to believe a center piece is missing.

    Any other 1st gen or others have this issue?
