2003 tacoma misfire

Okay my 3.4l is throwing a p0300 p0302 p0305. I've replaced plugs, all the coil packs (even rotated them around to make sure i didn't get a bad coil), new wires, new fuel filter. It's bogging down when trying to accelerate then sometimes will clear up and just take off. Loss of power and gas millage. Got a ticking sound coming from passenger front top of motor. Thinking about replacing timing and cats next. Just want someone's input on this problem before i start dumping more money into it

I'd think about the injectors.
