2003 Tacoma Tail Lighting issue/mystery-electrical

Didn't ask if you had running lights. I asked if you had daytime running lights. The headlights will turn on whenever the truck is running even if the head light switch is off. When this happens there are no other lights but the headlights. When you turn the switch one click the tail lights and the side marker lights will come on and the headlights will be on.

Daytime running lights or DRL as they're called. Is the headlights being on with no other lights and the switch is turned off.

 

No, I dont have DRLs.
