Unfortunately theyre arent very many good lift options for the 5 lug tacoma, (unless you save up for a long travel kit $$$).
The truck will be more comfortable, fuel efficient, and reliable if you leave the stock lift. If you insist on a lift, you will have to go with a body lift such as a spindle lift or rear shackles.

Been wanting to lift mine for while but have been hasty about it cause of the reviews. Few questions does it drive smooth also did you have to get spacers

Did not use spacers and it does ride a bit stiffer, but this is my DD and it’s not a bad ride at all. What I will say is I can definitely feel the weight difference from adding the larger wheels and tires. But I’d do it again. I’m very happy with the look.

Can do v6 coils for another 1 inch up front and stack daystar spacer for .75 inches as well. Id recommend shackles for the rear vs aal bc its stiff af from what ppl say. Unless u tow alot

Are you saying I can add this ^^^ to my current set-up for additional height or is this for the OP?

Yes you can as well. The spindles can be stacked with the coil and spacer. Not sure if you were looking for more, just putting it out there for OP. Other than what we've listed only option would be LT

I see you're running 265/70R/16 but Fabtech site states max tire size is 30/9.50R15, how were you able to do that w/o spacers and are you getting any rubbing?
