2014 Double-Cab Tacoma SR5 V6 4x4

I know this is a Tacoma forum but my girlfriend has a 2004 4Runner Limited and the right rear speaker is blown. I'm not sure what size speaker I need to get to replace it and if anybody has done this, how to get at it would be helpful. I'm sure I can figure out how to get the panel off but it will make life easier if someone has already done this.
