So, I've been driving 40 years and never replaced shocks or springs on any vehicle. My 2004 Tacoma Double cab SR5 2x4 V6 Pre-Runner seems to be sagging a bit in the rear. I don't off road, I do camp but any off road camping is pretty mild. I tow less than 2000 lbs. I use stock sized tires. If I need to replace shocks/springs my concerns are:
    1) Something that supports the type of towing that I do
    2) Anything that improves the ride
    3) Anything that might cut down road noise
    4) Getting a brand that will give me the 20 years I've gotten out of the OEM equipment.

OK, go, what are you using and why?

IMG_20230610_061748670_HDR.jpg I'm using Alcan leaf springs because they're custom, made-to-order springs, that accomplish points #1 & #2 on your list above perfectly for my exact use case.

Regarding point #3, there's no leaf spring or suspension component that will reduce road noise. That's more a result of sound deadening material (or lack thereof) inside the cab.

And for point #4, I doubt my custom Alcans will get me 20 years, but I'd bet they get me 10 or so (at least). And realistically I'd bet yours have been sagging and good candidates for replacement for several years at this point.

Your best bet will probably be entry-level, aftermarket leaf springs such as General Springs, Husky, Dorman, etc (all the same rebranded stuff). My Alcans were about $1400 all told, with new shackles, Ujoints, and shipping. If that's in your budget then you can accomplish a couple of your goals. Otherwise entry level springs probably only accomplish goal #1.
