Well after putting a bunch of work into my truck...I just lost my rear ring gear. The shop I dropped my third member off to has messed up and ordered a part that wasn't in stock...a week and a half later they say they can't locate a set of 4.10 great for my truck. I wouldn't mind regearing but poor time as I just dumped 2500 $ in my truck for parts. I'm trying to save money sounds like I have to wait for them longer...to get restocked or go with 4.88 but obviously $$$ I have a e locker 2004 rear end out of a manual truck for under 1k. Would this rear end fit my early 2005 manual ? It's a 4.10. Looks like there's a couple options I believe mine is a 8.4 but regardless if I just swap rear ends everything should match up right? E brake lines, leaf spring pack etc. Abs? Is that going to be different? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for your input.

The e-locker axle has been the same for almost 20 years. It changed in the 3rd gen tacomas which were I think 2015 or 2016 so as long as you have the external shitty actuator you're safe my friend!
