Looking for a little help on LEDs in a 2004 Double Cab.

Trying to install the Load Resistor to stop the hyper-blinking. The instructions say to tap one end of the restistor to the TURN/+ and the other to the GROUND/- / CHASSIS.

SOOoooo. Which one is which? Can I just connect one end of the resistor to the white/black wire and one end to the green wire? If not, which one do I splice into, green or white/black? I cannot reach the chassis with the other end so if I only tap one wire coming out of the bulb housing where do I tap the other?

    Tanka for the help.

Replaced chrome badges with Sockmonkey black badges, painted billet grill black, K&N cold air intake, my corner light turn signal circuit, Speedfreek traction bars, RAAMaudio BXT/Ensolite, Stereo: Kenwood KIV-701 USB/Bluetooth deck, 10" Pioneer shallow sub behind the rear seat, Infinity 6822cf 6x8 front and rear doors, Fosgate P400-2 (sub), US Acoustics USX-4065 (four main speakers)
Yes, you can put the resistor between the two wires. You do not have to get one end of the resistor to chassis. The turn signal relay circuit "sees" a lot less current when you run LEDs so it thinks a bulb is burnt out and flashes fast to alert you. Instead of resistors, you can replace the relay which is near the driver's left leg under the dash. Something like this https://www.amazon.com/iJDMTOY-Electronic-Flasher-Related-Signal/dp/B00XAU66V4
I haven't used this relay, but in the reviews someone with a 2003 Tacoma said it worked for them.
