Start with cleaning the rubber tracks, and then spray them with a dry teflon. That will only do so much- at a certain point the motors just get week and need to be replaced.

Pretty sure he means crank windows and therefore the motors are the user's biceps in this scenario lol. Those too can get weak, but not sure they can be replaced :muscleflexing:

I had a 94 (???) SR5 extended cab with manual cranks, it had sticky windows. Oddly enough the passenger side was worst, had to adjust the rails as below. Like Andy says, clean those rails, maybe replace the inner tracks (plastic part.) While you're in there roll up and down, look for any points that seem wobbly. I recall some plastic fittings on the ends that connected the hardware, some were would worn through so the joint was metal on metal, I replaced those and it cranked up and down nice and smooth. Also check that it's not getting twisted going up and down, drop the window about halfway and grab the top of it, see how much you can "twist" the window front to back of the vehicle in the rails.A little play is expected but if it's too much you may need to adjust the rails so it doesn't twist sideways going up. Do that carefully. a little at a time, or you'll be all day getting it right. :p
