2004 taco 2.4L : no code but recently after cold start it runs rough and misses out until it’s warm….. also during that warm up period I smell fumes ..

Last year I had issue with charcoal canister so I had done injectors , ICA, fuel regulator, fuel filter , purge valve , plugs , ignition coils, took apart and cleaned intake , fuel pump and finally charcoal canister . I had it running perfect and now I’ve got this issue and no code to help me figure it out … any ideas please ? Thank you (Purge valve again ?)

NOTE : I cleaned IAC did not replace it . It was full of carbon but I cleaned it well.

right now I’m suspicious or the fume purge solenoid and the IAC . No codes though so makes it tuff !!

What kind of injectors did you install?

Im only asking bc I was taken by eBay ones. Had to send my leaking OE injectors to motor west
    Now no issues

Found out ….. my IAC plug was rattled Loose …. Intake was recently taken off at night by a mechanic .

So if you have start up missing out while cold and not quite right when hot .. look at IAC
