HI guys, I have a 2004 tacoma prerunner v6. I have noticed that whenever I am braking and reaching a speed between 10-15 mph my brakes start to do like a grinding sound. I know the problem is not on the rotors or the pads since I replaced them about 2 weeks ago. (the sound was there even with the old pads). I can also feel some shaking on the brake pedal. The truck does brake and after I get to a speed below 5mph the noise goes away most of the time. What do you guys think the problem is?

    Thank you
