I’m new to these forum things so I apologize in advance if this has already been asked/answered. I have a 2004 Tacoma prerunner. Truck got hit in a parking lot and busted the driver side tail light. Ordered a pair of tail lights from Amazon to replace them. Drivers side, everything works. Passenger side, everything works besides the tail light. Assemblies are good. Swapped the driver and passenger around and still had the same issue on passenger side. Haven’t had a chance to test wires yet

It's either shitty lights or the wire is broken between the left and right lights because the right light is powered off Pin 6 (Green) of the left one.

Good to know! Thank you for the diagram. I’ve been looking for one with no luck. Will have a look at it in a little bit when I’m off work!

Did you end up figuring the problem out? I’m having a similar problem trying to wire LED trailer lights to the flatbed I just put on it and somehow the reverse lights are connected to the passenger running light.
