    I need to verify that they are 12 x 1.25 x 60 mm?

This is FRONT of the car, passenger side bolts for the tow hook. It does not look like a hook to me, more like tie down for transporting the truck.

What is the factory part number for the 2 bolts ?

If any member sells them, I need two please.

The factory ones were rusted solid, but I got them out.

Just take some off of one at a PickNPull. I replaced that factory 'tie-down' on mine with a hook and bolts from a 4runner at a yard.

Good idea except I do not have the time to go to the yards and chase for it.

if I could find a direct replacement hook that was functional instead of the current tiedown (fits factory holes perfectly), I would buy it, but I can not find any and do not want to tap or drill new holes.

And using anti seize on these is a must, as they rust and are a grand PITA to take them out.
