Hey folks. I've been eyeing these trucks for years and finally found my dream spec in fantastic shape. The frame was replaced by Toyota a couple years ago and the truck was owned by a mechanic for the last 6 years of its life. I live in NS where they salt the roads heavily so most of these trucks have rotted out. (The van is from BC, same story for Astros/Safaris)

2004 TRD Off Road, with the manual transmission and access cab. 271k KM (~168k miles) on the clock. The truck is overall in really good shape and you can tell it was babied not beaten.

First job will be to replace these brakes, the stopping distance sketches me out. It seems the go-to upgrade is the Tundra brake setup so I'll probably do that.

Glad to be a part of the forum! Can't wait to take this bad boy into the woods. Any suggestions for first modifications?
