I like the looks of this kit better than ATO's but is there any difference other than looks?

This kit allows use with other shackles, the ATO kit utilizes the stock shackle. May be other differences but that's what pops out to me.

Thank you. This design supplies you with high quality greasable bushings and zerk fitting at the shackle eye at no extra cost. It also exactly matches the considerable angle of the frame, not sure if ATO does. I feel this design is stronger as well, it comes painted, and you get new grade 8 shackle bolts.

Thanks Bob, your kit ships today, you will receive a tracking number.

Anyone running AP Expedition springs with your set up that you know of? Been collecting parts to do this. Rear springs and flip brackets are coming sooner or later. Kind of waiting on some owner reviews.

@ProForce should have this kit installed soon and he has Allpro Expedition springs. However, I would recommend talking to Deaver about their #U402 expedition springs or OME dakars which are proven to be quality and carry extra weight well.

Yes it does, max 1.5", average lift about 1.25". I saw another kit supplier claim zero lift with stock shackle, but pictures show the spring is lower so that can't be true.
PM or call/text 716-310-5281 no problem

I found that grinding the heads of the rivets off with a grinder and grinding wheel on the outer side of the frame rails first then taking a BFH to the shackle mounting brackets pops them off the frame super fast and easy. Then just drill out the rivets.

That's the way I did it with "simple tools" and no torch etc

For the bolt that connects the shackle to the leaf would it be possible or of any benefit to use a greasable bolt, since the top is greasable just figured it would benefit the bottom to be too. I know in the jeep world they use these...

I offer drill bits with my kits, I like the method to grind the heads off rivets but prefer drilling holes clean thru, then removing brackets. Thanks for explaining

Yes, definitely if you have poly bushings in the leaf spring. I dont offer them yet.
Edit: You would need 9/16" which is almost exactly same diameter as M14 bolt

I bought a 26 inch I think, but I have a shock tower relocate with 12 inch shocks so you might be able to get away with less

The ones I have for sale are 23 inches, they should be long enough if you don't do the shock tower relocate and 12 inch shocks like I did. Even with the shackle flip your standard length or even extend travel shocks won't allow enough droop For you to need anything longer

20 inches I believe. So these brake lines are 3 inches longer to accommodate a 3 inch lift. And even at 3 inches of lift you should still have a bit of slack
