In dire need of some guidance, knowledge and maybe some luck. I’ve had a 2005 Tacoma 4.0 V6 for about 6 years now we bought it with 70,000 on it but was already its 2nd motor. Truck ran fine for a while then fuel pump went out. Replace and ran fine then misfiring issues that I dealt with multiple times over the years probably changing all coils and spark plugs atleast 4-5 times. Would run fine for a bit then go back to shit then started over heating so finally I did the radiator hose thermostat water pump new coils plugs cleaned the injectors ran fine for a bit then back to misfires and heating issues. Took it to a guy said the head gasket seems fine and it was an O2 sensor and fuel pressure regulator ran fine for about 2weeks to a month and now back to shit. Throwing codes P0300 P0430 P0606
Pending P0301 P0302 any help much appreciated.

You need to check your converters.
More specifically the one on the Drivers Side. (P0430)
See if it’s stopped up and check for exhaust leaks.

That P0606 is going to rough to figure out.
It’s PCU based, but there’s no need chasing that until you get the P0430 worked out.
Basically that code is a different between the Main and Sub CPU.

Difference between throttle valve position of main CPU and throttle valve position of sub CPU
    0.3 V or more
Difference between accelerator pedal position of main CPU and accelerator pedal position of sub CPU
    0.3 V or more

If you go by the service manual. It says, address all other codes.
If P0606 persist, replace ECM. Which isn’t something that fails all that often.
