I have a 05 tundra 4.7. I replaced the AC compressor, expansion block, receiver dryer and condenser and the light still blinks. I can run a power wire to the compressor and it will engage the clutch. When doing this the light will still blink until I turn the AC button off then back on and the light will stay lit up. There is not a mag clutch relay but I have replaced the heater relay. Also when I unplug the temp sensor located on the condenser the light stay on but not activate the clutch. I can't figure this one out and could use some help. Please.

Did you try to replace the pressure switch yet? I imagine it has one inline in the system.

The reason the light normally blinks is when the sensor on the A/C compressor is not detecting the correct pulses within the compressor. Atleast this is what ive been told, everytime it has happened replacing the compressor has solved the issue. Have you checked the voltage coming out of the plug on the compressor? If you have 14 volts ish you have powering going to the compressor and it SHOULD be turning the mag clutch. This has always worked for me, maybe you got a bad replacement unit :( did you buy denso or shitty aftermarket for 90$?

    Mine started doing this yesterday

Check the magnetic clutch relay. Seems like it’s almost always that

You can swap with the horn or fog relay to check

This is also a much quicker thing to do, not that checking plug voltage is hard to do with a meter but yah let us know.

This doesn't have a magnetic clutch relay. @MurderedTacoV2 I don't have voltage at the compressor.

This also worked one time for me, removed the negative cable and positve cable off the battery for 30 minutes an tied them together touching eachother. This Clears the codes and the compressor worked mint.

Worked on a sequoia for me. The codes mess up the system and they get stuck in like a broken loop of stupidness
