I've designed a molle rack that mounts to the front of 2005+ beds using the five (5) front bolts that are using for mounting rails. The rack can also be attached using a piece of bent bar stock, that can be added if you would like. Mounting hardware is not included in the purchase because it can vary from person to person; if you have a slide rail up front you can mount the rack to that, or you bolt directly onto the bed. All mounting points on the rack have slots to allow for movement and easier installation. The rack is made from 3/16" (4.8 mm) 5052 aluminum, and is bare metal. So you can paint it what ever color you would like, this also keeps cost down. The cost of this rack $175 plus shipping. It is one piece instead of two pieces, and light weight compared to if made from steel. There are two different versions: one for long beds and another for short beds. There must be at least 15 people for this to go through. Purchases will be made through my business Etsy account, they will not be made until there are enough people. I will keep an updated list of who would like to purchase, and once there are enough people I will send PM's to everyone and a link to where to purchase.

Depends on location really. I'm based out of central Iowa, 50669, and the box I plan to use 60"x12"x12" and will weigh bout 15-20 lbs. My guess is it will be under $100 inside CONUS. I looked up Bangor, Maine at cost would be ~$50, Miami, FL ~$50, McAllen, TX ~$50, San Diego, CA ~$65, and Seattle, WA ~$65

Not in the traditional sense. Because of the size of this for me to have one cut out would cost at least $500, not worth it. However I did have a full size print made, and cut that out to see how everything lines up. I know that there may be some movement involved with the cutting process but I have factored that into everything and it shouldn't be an issue compared to the print I made.

I have a 2017 dclb and added the front rail. Can you provide the dimensions? How much weight can it hold? An axe? An axe and shovel? A high lift?

Yes it can hold them. If I remember correctly the center mount to bottom is 16-17". I'm not at my computer this weekend so can't give exact dimensions. However it uses the same holes to mount as the rail did so height should be fine.

Sadly there is not enough interest to make it cost effective.
