Yes, get a good Line Wrench so you don't screw up the fitting.

    Update:

I bled the master brake cylinder. Then tried to bleed the right rear wheel. Same issue. No fluid came out when I opened the bleeder value. The incoming brake fluid line, hard line was dripping fluid when I loosened it up on both rear wheels.

    Any other tips!

When you say it could just the the valves in the cylinder do you mean the bleeder valves might just be clogged? Is it possible to remove them completely by unscrewing and cleaning them to unclog? If I start to remove the bleeder valve is it possible that fluid or air to leak in or out?

Now that I am thinking about it, I might have had the parking brake engaged when I was trying to run the flush. I guess I need to test that again.

Something is not making sense why you have fluid to the hard lines and not the bleeders. I can't imagine both bleeders would be clogged. Please post results after releasing the E-brake.

Go to harbour freight, buy one of the pumps you hook to the bleeder, pump the shiat out of the brake fluid on the right rear, the Left rear, then right front, then left front using the pump. I mean like go through a couple of big bottles of brake fluid. Bleeding those is a royal pain in the *#$?!

Me and another member have like a 200 post thread on the forum about this.

    Update:

Thanks for everyone's help. I purchased a brake bleeder kit and it worked on the driver side rear tire. The passenger side rear tire had a clogged bleeder valve. I removed and cleaned and then I was able to bleed properly.

The clutch shares the same brake fluid reservoir as the brakes so I bleed the clutch line today too. The clutch pedal is actually a bit firmer now.

So did you end up having any luck with the electric booster? I also have a 2005 Trd or 6spd manual and I'm having trouble getting the last bit of air out. I turned the key to on but nothing seems to kick on which makes me think its vacuum. Anyone know how to identify the electric vs vacuum?

If you have this, you have an electric booster

nope. I have the round thing in back of my reservoir and what i assume is the abs is all the way on the far right past the air filter

maybe it was only in the trd ors with traction control? I don't have that option in mine.
anyway in the regular system what would be the ideal way of getting out the last bit of stubborn air? They still feel a little squishy to me and I've bleed them pretty good.
IMO they have been squishy for a while and i think air has been stuck in the abs ever since I had the MC replaced ~2 years ago.
I was considering having someone with a scantool do the brake bleed procedure since that is essentially guaranteed fully remove any air in the abs but i don't want to pay if i don't have too.
