2005 prerunner 2wd lowering kit? Help!!!

    20 inch rims
    I have a 2005 prerunner 2wd can it be lowered. There is a site that sells a kit called tundraracing.com but i wanna know how hard it would be!!!

    It would be as hard as any suspension install. If you have a garage, tools, a buddy and time you can do it. If you can't turn a wrench then I suggest you take it in somewhere.

    Every1 says a pre-runner can't be lowered but mines 2wd 6 lug.. And the LoweEring kit on tundraracing.com. My truck is setting on on 275/45r20s the kit says 2 front drop and 3 1/2 rear think I'll have a problem I need answers pls.

    Well you will only be as low as a stock non prerunner Taco so yeah not too low.

    I have never installed on so IDK what is involved. It is made for 6 lug trucks so if you have a 6 lug then no problem that I can see.

    The Ranger guys do the same. They get the Sport/Edge(prerunner in Ford talk) then want to lower it. Well no one makes lowering kits for the torsion bar trucks(Sport/Edge) so they were SOL.

    Well I just want it to work smoothly I don't wanna waste my money on the kit and it be bogus. I talk them on phone and they said it could be done easy. I've just never seen it done and bunch people says it can't !!
