2005 Prerunner cigarette lighter and aux. power outlet problem

    2005 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner
    I'm not sure which one is the cigarette lighter and power outlet. The one on the left works but it is on two fuses or shorted between them. Either fuse I pull kills the power to this outlet. The fuses are next to each other on the top right. The other outlet on the right doesn't work at all and I cannot locate the fuse.
    I bought the truck and it had no cigarette lighter.
    Any ideas? I'd like to get them both working correctly.
