2005 Taco won't crank and no gauges after battery short

    I accidentally connected the wrong 2 wires installing a light bar and shorted the ground, after that the truck has no mileage number showing, the gas gauge is not moving even when the ignition is fully turned on and it won't crank. Is there a fuse somewhere that would control this? The light bar was on its own circuit with a relay so I don't know why it caused anything else to blow but it did. Thank you
