2005 Tacoma for sale... advice on price

hey Tacoma world! say a guy I am working with is selling his Tacoma... He has a 2005 TRD auto (185,000 km). He's been trying to sell it for around 15,000 for a long time and hasn't got any serious offers. I think he's been talking about going down to 11,000 for it. I've been considering buying it myself if the price keeps dropping. (I currently own a 2010 Tacoma but hey, 2 can't hurt?). Well actually my dad might need a new vehicle for work. Any ideas whats a fair price for it. and perhaps why hes having so much trouble selling it?

Detail it. Take better pictures. Also note more features on the truck ( tacoma needs a better detailed description ) no one cares about a new windshield.

TRD Sport a buddy of mine has one in short bed same color.
That truck a long bed has 114,953 miles converted from km's which is low mileage for a Taco. It would of sold the 1st day here in the States for 15K if he drops it to 11k buy it.
