    Hey y'all,
Long time user, first time poster. I have an oil leak that has been going on for a few years. It never drips, and I lose about a quart every 2-4k miles.

Today I decided to take a closer look... Does anyone have a sense if this is leaking from the head gasket or the triple point between the timing cover, head and block?

Since it doesn't seem to be a pressurized leak, I'm hoping its coming from the timing cover side of things. I have cleaned the area today and I will put it all back together and drive it around and see what happens. Thank you all for the help I received from these forums over the years!

I'd start with valve cover gasket since it's cheap and easy and right above this area. Then clean up oil see if it returns. Could also be the front cover but that's a big job. Stay with simple stuff first. Photos of valve cover on passenger side would help.

A qt every 2-4k and no drips says you have internal issues of some type as well as the pictured weapage.

Miles on truck? Known maintenance history?
