Anyone know the estimated cost of replacing the frame on an 06 Prerunner? This estimate would include the cost of the new frame, plus the cost to pay a shop to do it. Unfortunately, I’m not physically able to do the work myself.

    thanks.....

Toyota bills it around like 10 grand with parts and labor. I’d imagine it would be in that ballpark for a shop to get a brand new frame and do it. Likely would need to replace other components that crumble apart during the replacement process.

    It’s really not worth it.

    Reserected from the dead.
Its 40 paid hours for 2 toyota techs to do the job. Most can do it in 20. Still that's a lot of money. In addition, many non swapple parts come with the kit.

A private shop will be cheaper, but they won't have the parts included with a frame swap kit. It's gonna be spendy.
