very new to the forums, i have searched and googled plenty but found nothing. as i was driving i noticed my gauges were all going crazy and finally it shut off.

    2006 taco pre runner v6

    NOT working
    - tach, speedo, odometer, gas, temp gauges, and cluster lights

    WORKing
    - tpms light, transmission lights P, R, N, D etc, signals, hazards, climate control lights, radio, clock, dome lights, windows, head lights, high beams, reverse lights, brake lights

truck runs fine, but none of the gauges work.

i checked a few fuses, none seem to be popped. but i am thinking about just replacing them anyway. any thoughts, advice, opinions, trouble shooting would be appreciated thank you.

No lights but the needles move? The speedo is above 0 mph in the picture. In case you haven't tried (and it's a new-to-you-taco) there is a dial to the left of the steering wheel below the turn signal arm. You roll it up and down to dim or brighten dash lights. Maybe you rolled it down to off by mistake. Hope that's all it is...electrical problems suck!

EDIT....nevermind I see the other gauges not working. Sorry, I got nothing then. good luck

Long time lurker and finally decided to join the TW crew after seeing this thread. I've had the same issue for over 2 years now but has been intermittent and cannot figure this thing out!

As I was driving home from work today lights on gauges lit up but that is all.

Got home now everything is off again.

Changed out and checked many fuses but nothing seemed to work. Even unplugged the gauge cluster it's self , nothing, unplugged battery nothing.

Changed the IG1 fuse under the dash as stated above, nothing.

Yes this is the first time this has happened to me.
