2006 Taco: Running Lights and Heat/AC

Hey gang,

Couple of issues I wanted to ask opinions on with my 2006 Prerunner.

My running lights do not come on when my lights are on. They do work, as they flash when I lock or unlock the truck. But they do not come on from the light switch. Any thoughts on that?

Also, my heat/AC only works on the max or high fan setting. Anything lower than that, nothing blows. But it will blow on high/max. A little over a year ago, the heat/AC started to not always work. Recently the lower settings would not blow, but if I put it on high and then turned it down, those would work also.

Any thoughts on what these issues could be, and how I can straighten out?
