Boost, armor, lights, big tires, no savings.
Is the PCV connected to the intake? The fitting that points down, next to the hose with the orange gunk should be routed to the Bank 2 valve cover. The hose with the orange gunk may need to be connected to the brake booster, depending on your specific set up.

That plugged hose with orange goop (assuming it's rtv) is vacuum hose that's connected to your brake booster.

To the right of the orange hose. There is a nipple that points down. Bottom side of the square piece. That should be connected to the PCV. The bank 1/passenger side valve cover will have another port that feeds into the intake between the MAF and T.B. Just look up the 1grfe PCV routing and it will make sense.

Get a picture of your brake booster. To let us know if there is a nipple on there for the blue circled hose.

The red circled nipple is completely missing a hose from the driver side valve cover, by the firewall.

You have a massive vacuum leak there.

That long hose in blue, goes to where I circled in blue before.

    IMG_8259.jpg

Find another hose to go where the red shows.

OK, I believe I have it hooked up properly now. However, it still will not stay running.

They have the brake booster hose hooked up to the PCV Valve and nothing connected to the port the PCV Valve hose should connect to.

PCV should hook up like this, brake booster hose I believe should connect to the port that is plugged with RTV...

Without you having a scan tool so we can look at data it's gona be really difficult to help.

You have pics of the Mass Airflow Sensor so we can see if it's installed correctly and plugged in?
