I just finished installing front 5100's set at 2.5" and rear 1.5" blocks. The truck looks great and the install was a breeze from the last Tacoma! I'll attach pics to this post. My question was regarding alignment. Took it to the shop and got the alignment done, they gave me the first sheet attached. I asked why the caster wasn't in spec, and asked if they could put it at least within spec. 2nd time of the lift the gave me the next sheet saying they got everything within spec and I was good to go! I was late to work so got out of there. If you look at the second sheet now you can see that yes the shop did get the left in spec, but the right they seemed to change the specs that it should be within to be within spec. Check the pics.

Now I really don't know what to do. The truck drives fine. No real reason for me to take it back other then the fact it is still not within spec. will the .9 value on the right side really matter in the long run?

    I have 265 70 17 on the truck.

    Thanks,
    Dan

Those are about the same specs that I had my first alignment after my lift.
After about 7 months I started getting some vibration in the steering wheel. I read a bunch of posts on here and replaced the upper control arms.
They were able to get the caster closer when after the install.

I dont know if its related.

Yeah I have thought about that, and really I was hoping for them the get the caster around 1 and camber around 0 with all I have read on this forum. I'm just wondering if I should take it back in to try and get it better... Plus I have a slight vibration at around 40mph.

Before I had them I took it back a few times also. They said that they were unable to do anything better due to the angles. I don't know if you have firestone where you are but they offer lifetime alignment pretty cheap. If you plan on wheeling it pays itself after the second time.
Keep an eye on your front tires for uneven wear. But until then it should be fine.
The 40mph and 70 mph vibration doesn't happen after the control arms. Search built right uca on here.
    Good luck.
