    Hi everyone:

I am new in this forum and come to you with a problem I started feeling with my 2006 Tacoma. I had it since new and has driven over 121k miles on it. Just recently and for not specific reason I started feeling a vibration that looks to come from the driveshaft.

When driving I feel the vibration only when accelerating like when the driveshaft is putting pressure to the rear axle. But when I take the feet off the gas and leave the vehicle running at idle the vibration stops.

I hope someone can give e some ideas about what maybe causing this problem.

    Thanks in advance
    Javier

if it make a noise when you go from reverse to drive its the drive shaft u-pins. I had to get all 3 of mine replaced.. i think it was like 30 or 60 dollars for each.

Sounds like you have a bad U-joint. You can go under the car and shake it and see if it has any play in it. More then likely this is your problem.
