Ok so I've had my truck for a while now and not to long ago I started having problems with it. It started when I was at a stop and let off the brake and barely hit the gas and it shut off engine and power like it was a restart on a phone or something my kenwood radio had to restart to so I know the power went off. The next time at a stop it did the same thing but didn't restart I had to put it in neutral and restart the ignition and it was fine in wit does it at least 4 times a day and only when I'm at a stop never when I'm coasting or on the gas only when I'm getting on the gas after being stopped anyone know what it could be also my ac light flashes before it does it ,sometimes more when I have the ac on it does it more like non stop
Please help trying to get my truck to work especially since I drive so many miles a day

This could be a lot of things. I think you need to try and get more info/ clues. Can you get a code reader to check the computer for any stored codes? That might help. Also anything you notice please keep track (i.e. does it ever do it on start up??). Perhaps someone here can take the additional info and run with it ...

Sounds like a loose or corroded battery cable to me. Also check the ground cable where it connects to the frame.

I heard it could be my maf sensor could this be one of the things that could be causing it to shut off

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
With the truck idling tap the maf lightly with the handle of a screwdriver; if the idle fluctuates the maf is bad.
