Man.... I'm just glad I don't live up north. That would make me sick considering I'm used to this:

30,000 Miles (yes, I know I've shown this picture before)

Jeez, I was going to oil spray my frame this weekend. Por 15 looks like good stuff but it also looks like a boat load of work. Anyone just oil spraying their frame? I too am in Vermont but my frame looks new compared to these pictures.

That is an easy 10 in my opinion. But then again I live in the Southeastern US, even on the coast with salt water we don't have those kind of issues. I couldn't deal with all that shit, Cold, Snow, Salt and fuckin Rust!

I know, I was going to say the same thing! It's not a 10 for NH. A 9 would mean not passing inspection and a 10 would be structural failure in my mind. Here is a 9, my neglected '04:

A 10 would be snapped in half!

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
looks like its por15 time. id say 6-7 on rust scale, 10 on PITA scale. save it before it gets worse. or get rid of it, toyota has a corrosion warranty still i believe.

buy backs are over anyway, but they were 95.5-2000 2001 and up got new frames.

Timemax is a little company in hamburg / germany.
They try to contrive new rust protection paint.
Long term tests in saltwater or dry ice blasting (like sandblasting) belong to their professional activities.
    A " therapy " will cost around 2500$
    It is still worth it!

Sorry for my bad englisch !

Truck is at dealer for frame inspection. I'm pissed I spent 2 weeks sanding and scraping the frame and repainting it just to have it recalled.
