2006 tacoma intermitt start have power to relay coil but relay does not pull in?

2006 tacoma start digagram start relay has power to it but no start? any suggestions?

 

Go down to the little control wire on the starter and see if you have power in the crank position

Or if you don't want to crawl under the truck just yet..
