So I steered clear of the 2006 model and have found a 2008 with only 106000 miles and I contacted the dealer and the frame had the undercoating done in 2016 anyone had any experience with that I'll include some pictures i did notice some rust on the tow hitch is that bad?

Looks like a pretty good truck...if there's a bunch of rust on the hitch, I would have a really good look at underside of the truck.

Like I said it had the undercarriage sprayed back in 2016 should I still be worried about the rust i would think with toyota being the one that did it that it should be ok but I'm still new to Toyota's

I'd still have a good look at the underside. Everything else looks decent based on the pics. Have them throw it on a hoist so you can inspect it.

You live in Indiana, if the truck is local, have a look under a vehicle about the same age and see what it looks like. If it was undercoated in 2016, then there's only eight years of rust.
If it's been taken care of, you should be able to get another 100K miles out of it. Def take a close look underneath. Not just rust, anything.

I spray my frame down every winter with Fluid Film. Look into it- going on 5 years/170k miles and my frame looks shiny and new still.

If that frame was sprayed in 2016, why are there stickers on it in the last pic? As much rust as there is everywhere, it looks to me like it has had the frame replaced. This is just speculation based on what I see in the pics.
