2006 tacoma rear end noise

    3 INCH SUSP LIFT
    I have a 2006 regular cab 4X4 , 5 SPD , 4 CYL , When traveling in 5th gear at hwy speeds and you let off of the accelorator , You can hear a rattleing sound that sounds like it is coming from the rear end. It only seems to make the noise in 5th gear , Anyone ever heard of this issue ? Or know what it could possibly be ???
