But that's the issue, the tps sensor is part of the module on throttle body. I haven't found any restricted fuel hoses why would pressure be an issue with a brand new pump

I really doubt it's a throttle issue sisnce you have no throttle codes.
Just because the pump is new doesn't mean it's good, I have no faith in new parts anymore.
From the symptoms your describing and the history sound like a low fuel pressure issue or an improperly reading MAF sensor but without testing those it's just a guess.
Also is it the O2 (downstream) sensor that is messed up or the AFR (upstream) sensor?

I'm dealing with a Super Duty right now that has had 2 new PCMs and 3 new throttle bodies put on it for a throttle code that was built in by the previous shop just firing parts chasing a low power complaint, put a known good used throttle body on it and no more throttle code.
After fixing the "built in" problems found the original problem to be a completely plugged bank 2 cat, currently waiting on customer approval to replace it.

I try to not replace a part unless I can prove it's bad, when I do have to replace something (especially when I'm not 100% sure it's bad) I always hang on to the old one until I'm certain it's fixed because new parts especially aftermarket stuff have just absolutely no quality control anymore. I think I've had more bad new parts in the last 2 years than in the previous 10.

All that being said the only way to know is to test, a fuel pressure test is very easy with the right setup. If it's good fine move on to testing the next suspect but if it's not then you found your answer to why it's running bad.

It is the upstream sensor on driver side. As for the pump is the second one from being warrantied after first one. I'll try a pressure test, just to make sure .
