2006 Toyota Tacoma (2 questions)

First question, I have a 2006 Toyota Tacoma 4 door, double cab with long bed. The passenger side taillight assembly is broken or shattered due to a backing up incident, can I replaced both tallight assembly (driver and passenger side) from a newer model like 2007 to 2015?

Second question, on the same car, what can I do to fix my visor (driver side) from falling down. Is this unfixable? If it is, where and how much is the replacement.

First question: Yes. All the same tail lights for the 2nd Gens. Went to the LED version in 2009, but they are still the same fit.

Second question: Might just have to get a replacement from a stealership...
