What are the plans for the pcv system? Can't have the top see boost

Also does this mean cams?

 

Either an inline check valve, or vent it to my catch can. Probably the latter!

Turbo cams will come after i max out the stock cams. I am doing R&D so I will be collecting data for LCE and we will go from there

 

Definitely run it to a catch can.

 

Too bad they won't build other people's engines. I bet that's a good one.

 

Oh, they will build an engine for you. You just have top be serious about it. I literally drove over a 2tr Block to their office in Havasu and outlined what I wanted. Also, they hadn't put hands on a 2tr block until I dropped one off lol

There should be parts available soon from them regarding the 2TR like pistons, rods, valve springs etc

Yeah, that is an unnecessary 300 dollar catch can lol my mishimoto does exactly the same thing, sans cooling lines and so much CNC work

And I did ask about filling in those air injection ports. Good eye on noticing the holes missing, ill ask about that tomorrow

 

I don't even know if that's just "Non US spec" ... check this picture of a 2013 Hilux:


SAI system still poking out there, you can see the brownish tube and the bright metal pipe with a crook in it. (Also completely different air filter and NO resonator which is interesting...)

And a 2015 Land Cruiser Prado:


SAI clearly visible... plus an extra resonator chamber on the intake tract and a carbon look radiator shroud???

As far as I know that's the big trifecta of Non-US tooters: the Hilux, Hiace, and Prado...

I was under impression US (CA) was only country mandating the air injection.
It's probably an aftermarket head that doesn't come ready for the air injection, like this one:
