    You can indeed crank the torsion bars to attain up to 3in of lift in the front, me and my friend did this to his 2wd z71 just today.

    I did this on my Silverado a few years back. Make sure you have him get an alignment.

    Yeah I know, he needed an alignment even before the lift. The driver side was .5" higher than the passengers, so when we made them both even it actually kinda helped it. haha
